Founded in 1993, we are a consortium of global Christian relief and development organisations working together in an east Asian country. We aim to see local people building and restoring their families, churches and communities. We would love for them to experience fullness of life and we work towards this through our many projects and placements.

Job Description

As a leader and administrator the Executive Director, alongside the Leadership Team, not only oversees and facilitates the operations of the organisation but should have the ability to see the big picture, give strategic guidance and implement vision. The ED is normally elected for a 4-year term.

Person Description

The Executive Director must be a mature Christian who can provide spiritual leadership for the organisation and who has skills in administration and cross-cultural experience. He or she should be able to relate to and work with people from a diversity of backgrounds, as the expatriate staff includes people from 14 countries. Job ID1826
