This organisation serves cross-cultural workers in Asia and around the world through clinical counselling, soul care, coaching, training and events. We are a Christian, donor-funded organisation based in a capital city in Asia.

Job Description

You will be part of a team based in the north of the country, providing professional counselling and soul care, primarily in English, to cross-cultural workers from around East Asia. We offer positions for clinical counsellors and therapists working with individuals, couples and families, as well as roles for registered life coaches, spiritual directors, psychiatrists, mental health nurse practitioners and counselling psychologists.

You will be responsible for providing professional clinical services to clients following best practice guidelines as part of a multidisciplinary team and participating in regular individual and group supervision. We expect you to learn the local language and culture prior to beginning your ministry, to foster deeper cultural connection and effectiveness in your role.

Person Description

A minimum of a master’s level qualification is required. You must be licensed, working towards licensure or have an equivalent qualification from your passport country. Job ID 1829
