Fundraising marketing manager

Job Description:

Major responsibilities will include developing strategy for social media for both the organisation and the non-profit affiliate, and training staff; managing volunteers and mobilizing guests and friends; creating newsletters, catalogues, campaigns, and events to bring in sales and donations; developing marketing campaigns for fundraising and product promotion; providing staff training and mentoring to team in our country to support this position; and scheduling events, speaking engagements and fundraisers each year.

Person Description:

The appointee will have training in marketing, communications, public relations or business; ability to think creatively, take initiative and work independently; strong IT skills with experience in CRM; and a strong commitment to developing opportunities for previously exploited women. S/he will be well organized and resourceful and have strong administrative skills; will be able to work well as part of a team to encourage others and to build others’ skill acquisitions.
